| Detail Description | Expression of miR-338-5p and miR-338-3p was evaluated in 40 primary GBM patients’ samples and 10 control brain samples. The level of miR-338-5p as well as miR-338-3p was significantly downregulated in tumor samples as compared with control samples, which suggested involvement of this miRNA in the GBM pathogenesis. |
