| Detail Description | a total of 113 differentially expressed miRNAs (p < 0.05 and FDR < 0.05) in the embryonal tumor group (Medulloblastomas (MBs),nmiRNA=61 and Atypical Teratoid/Rabdoid Tumors(AT/RTs),nmiRNA= 52) when compared to the non-malignantgroup of patients.We verified by qRT-PCR the expression levels of miR-34a.According to our results, miR-34a was found up-regulatedin all samples tested including the embryonal tumors group and the MB group alone, following both initial and meta-analyses. |
