Detail Description	We studied the alterations in expression of three OGmiRs(miR-92, miR-93, and miR-106b) and three TSmiRs (miR-7-1,miR-34a, and miR-99a) in SK-N-BE2 and IMR-32 cells after treatments with 4-HPR or/and EGCG.Our quantitative real-time RT-PCR results confirmed that OGmiRs (miR-92, miR-93,and miR106b) were down regulated whereas TSmiRs(miR-7-1, miR-34a, and miR-99a) were upregulated in both cell lines after the treatments when compared with the untreated control cells.
