| Detail Description | list of statistically significant human microRNAs with decreased expression in all three medulloblastoma samples to 30 microRNAs.We next performed real time RT-PCR on a cohort of these miRNA in additional samples to validate our microarray data. Comparing primary medulloblastoma cells to both adult and pediatric normal cerebellum revealed a significant down regulation of brain enriched microRNAs in medulloblastoma.There are four highly down regulated microRNAs namely, miR-125, miR-128a, miR -139 and let-7g. |
