Detail Description	73 miRNAs were differentially expressed between glioblastoma and normal brain tissues. 33 of them were upregulated in glioblastoma, including miR-21 that is well known as an oncomir, while 40 of them were downregulated. hsa-miR-10b, hsa-miR-92b, hsa-miR-124, and hsa-miR-433 as examples to validate the result in another set glioblastoma and normal brain tissues. The QRT-PCR results were consistent with the sequencing data.
