| Detail Description | a total of 113 differentially expressed miRNAs (p < 0.05 and FDR < 0.05) in the embryonal tumor group (Medulloblastomas (MBs),nmiRNA=61 and Atypical Teratoid/Rabdoid Tumors(AT/RTs),nmiRNA= 52) when compared to the non-malignantgroup of patients.Regarding miR-601 initial analysis and meta-analyses did not coincide as far as AT/RTs were concerned. The qRT-PCR results revealed similar expression patterns with meta-analyses regarding the embryonal tumors groupand the MB group alone. |
