| Detail Description | qRT-PCR analysis of the selected miRs (miR-20a, miR-93, mir-128a, miR-155, and miR-516a-3p) in pituitary tumor samples showed that all five were significantly overexpressed in NFA samples, and miR-155 and miR-93 were also overexpressed in GHP adenomas compared with normal pituitary.three miRs (miR-128a, miR-155, and miR-516a-3p) targeted the 3-untranslated region of the Wee1 transcript, and exogenous overexpression of these miRs inhibited Wee1 protein expression and HeLa cell proliferation. |
