| Detail Description | the expression levels of 20 miRNAs were increased, whereas the levels of 26 miRNAs were decreased in the SCA3/MJD patients (fold change>2.0).To validate the microarray data, qRT-PCR was performed to detect the expression levels of four miRNAs from 35 patients and 25 controls. the expression level of miR-34b was significantly elevated, whereas the levels of miR-29a, miR-25, and miR-125b were downregulated in SCA3/MJD samples. |
