| Detail Description | To further verify the result obtained from Agilent miRNA microarrays, we performed TaqMan miRNA array analysis (Applied Biosystems) which is based on a realtime PCR technique to validate miRNA alterations. As assessed by TaqMan miRNA arrays, miRNAs with[1.5 fold-changes were considered as significantly differential expression. Among the 44 altered miRNAs derived from Agilent miRNA microarrays, 35 miRNAs were also represented in the TaqMan miRNA arrays, including 19 upregulated and 3 down-regulated miRNAs. |
