| Detail Description | Our results demonstrated that miR-125b expression is downregulated by Aβ treatment in primary cortical neurons. MiR-125b prevents the Aβ peptide neurotoxicity by repressing p53 and Bak1 protein expression.E2 protects neurons from the apoptosis Aβ-dependent by inducing the miR-125b expression.In all,miR-125b, by targeting Bak1 and p53, mediates the neuroprotective effect of E2 treatment in cortical neurons Aβ peptide-treated. |
