| Detail Description | We observed that miR-29c directly mediated downregulation of NAV3 protein expression in vitro.Our results showed that miR-29c was one of the multiple miRNAs that regulate expression of NAV3 and suggested that miR-29c may play a vital role in AD neurodegenerative processes by regulating NAV3 expression,as well as other miR-29c targets such as BACE1,at least in the young AD mouse. |
