| Detail Description | MiR-132 expression at different times after SE was detected by real-time PCR. Beta-actin was used for normalization. In TLE rats, the miR-132 expression (n=3 per group) was significantly up-regulated at 24h (2.25±0.10, P<0.05) and 7d (1.80±0.11, P<0.05) after SE. |
