| Detail Description | After comparing the miRNA expression profile in control group and chronic TLE group, we detected 25 miRNAs that were differentially expressed in rat hippocampus. Among these miRNAs, fourteen miRNAs were found to be up-regulated whilst eleven miRNAs were down-regulated.Afterwards, six miRNAs (miR-455-3p, miR-345-3p, miR-423-3p, novel miR-54,miR-365-5p, and miR-296-5p) were screened out based on the criteria mentioned in ‘‘Methods’’ section, and qRT-PCR was performed to validate the alterations of these miRNA. |
