| Detail Description | the microarray gene expression study showed that 5 lncRNAs were down-regulated, and 1 lncRNA was up-regulated, by N-Myc siRNA-1 within 30 hours by more than 2 fold. One of the lncRNAs most significantly upregulated by N-Myc siRNA-1 was linc00467, which was identified by Human Genome Organisation Gene Nomenclature Committee (HGNC) according to published DNA and cDNA sequencing data. |
