1.The enrichment of regulons with 17 immune realted pathways.

Users can obtain the relationships between 6 type regulons and immune pathways across 33 caner types by downloading all.txt and sig.txt , which includ all the gene-pathway pairs and the signaficant gene-pathway pairs (FDR<0.05 & |score|>0.995). The immune related pathway information were supported by IMMPORT database. The files include cancer, gene ID, gene symbol, immune related pathway, p value, FDR value, ES value, score and the enrichment marker gene set.

2.The correlation between regulons and different immune cells.

Users can obtain the relationships between 6 type regulons and immune cells across 32 cancer types by downloading all.txt and sig.txt , which includ all the gene-cell pairs and the signaficant gene-cell pairs (P<0.05 & |R|>0.3). The immune cell infiltration of cancer samples were supported by TIMER, CIBERSORT, QUANTISEQ, MCPCOUNTER, XCELL, EPIC . The files include cancer, gene ID, gene symbol, immune cell, spearman corralation p value and the spearman corralation R value.

3.The expression perturbation of regulons in 17 cancers.

Users can obtain the expression perturbation levels of 6 type regulons in 17 cancers by downloading all.txt and sig.txt , which includ all the gene-cancer pairs and the signaficant gene-cancer pairs (FDR<0.001). There are more than 5 normal samples in this 17 cancers. The method we used to assess the gene expression perturbation are t test and fisher test, which are based on the number of samples without expression. The files include cancer, gene ID, gene symbol, p value FDR value, FC(ratio) value and the method.
