BioM2MetDisease offers several simple and fast ways to explore all of our data in the database. BioM2MetDisease enables users to search by biomolecule name (miRNA, metabolite, small molecule/drug), metabolic disease name or both. BioM2MetDisease offers an option in the ‘Search’ page that enables users to filter associations by specific experimental methods. BioM2MetDisease also provides fuzzy keyword searching functions, which enables easy searching by the full or partial names of biomolecules or metabolic diseases.
