'Score' refers to the integrated enrichment score (when ES>0, Score=1-2*p; when ES<0, Score=2*p-1).
'Survival' refers to the K-M survival curve of regulons in the corresponding cancer.
'Detail' refers to the enrichment plot and marker genes.
