RNAactDrug 2.0 provides a powerful search engine for flexible exploration of drug response-associated RNA molecules and enhancer regulatory elements across multi-omics datasets.

Integrates large-scale pharmacogenomic datasets from GDSC, CellMiner, CCLE, and PubChem, covering 1,346 cancer cell line samples for systematic characterization of drug sensitivity-related molecular features.

Contains 30,890 drugs and 93,301 multi-omics molecular features associated with drug sensitivity, spanning gene expression, copy number variation, somatic mutations, and DNA methylation.

Includes 38,908 RNA molecules (mRNAs, lncRNAs, and miRNAs) together with 54,393 enhancer regulatory elements, enabling multi-layer characterization of drug sensitivity-associated transcriptional and epigenetic regulation.

Curates 46,436,090 drug-molecule associations, including 22,800,375 drug-RNA associations and 23,635,715 drug-enhancer associations, supporting systematic analysis of drug sensitivity-related molecular associations.

Extends analytical scope to clinical and single-cell levels by integrating 10,237 TCGA tumor samples and 3,843,186 single-cell transcriptomic profiles, enabling multi-scale evaluation of drug sensitivity-related molecular features.
