Description CD137 expression was measured on intratumoral CD56+CD3- NK cells by flow cytometry from freshly isolated TIL, and correlated with radiological clinical response. Following cetuximab therapy, CD137 expression was significantly upregulated in clinical responders (n=5, p=0.02) but not in non-responders (n=12).
