Experimental mouse model
Description The serum IFN-γ level from the nude mice inthe 6 groups was determined with ELISA after treatments.The ELISA results demonstrated that the serum IFN-γ level in the combined group; FA-CS-hIP-10 and pMAGE-A1278–286 specific CD8+CTLs was significantly higher than that from the other groups (P<0 05), suggesting that combination of FA-CS-hIP-10 and pMAGE-A1278–286specific CD8+CTLs significantly stimulated the secretion of IFN-γ in the hepatocellular carcinoma in nudemice.
