Users can leverage the SPACEL algorithm to perform spatial registration and 3D reconstruction of tissue sections from the same patient. Following 3D reconstruction, the system displays the distribution of cell clusters, cell types, and niches in three-dimensional space, as well as the 3D visualization of drug perturbation scores. Additionally, box plots are used to show the perturbation score differences of drugs across different groupings.
