Users can explore drugs with highly variable perturbation effects across spatial tissue sites under different combined conditions of drug concentration, treatment durations, and cell line backgrounds. An algorithm is used to analyze whether the perturbation scores of drugs in each spatial transcriptomics sample under different experimental conditions show significant differences across spatial sites, and the drug perturbation scores of the TOP 50 instances are selected for display. Lollipop charts can be used to show the perturbation scores of these TOP 50 instances across different cell types and niches.
