Users can explore the spatial expression characteristics of target genes for 2,352 targeted drugs and dissect the association between spatial target activities and drug perturbation effects. Target genes of selected targeted drugs can be used to display their spatial expression activities. Additionally, box plots are employed to show the expression of target genes in cell clusters, cell types, and niches, while scatter plots illustrate the relationship between target gene expression levels and drug perturbation scores under different groupings.
