Users can simulate the perturbation effects of combination drugs across spatial sites. By selecting and visualizing the additive perturbation scores of different drugs under various conditions at spatial sites, it is possible to determine whether the scores of two drugs at the same site are convergent or mutually inhibitory. Scatter plots display the spatial perturbation scores of the two drugs under different experimental conditions, while the 3D view shows two fold lines with the x-axis as action time, y-axis as drug concentration, and z-axis as the average score of the entire section.
