Spatial Pseudotime

Users can dissect the perturbing effects of drugs under different concentrations, treatment durations, and cell line contexts along the pseudotime trajectory of spatial tissues. An algorithm is used to calculate the pseudotime between spatial sites, displaying the distribution of pseudotime values in spatial dimensions and along the trajectory. Scatter plots are then employed to show the relationship between pseudotime values and drug perturbation scores under different groupings of cell clusters, cell types, and niches.
