Spatial single-cell

Users can visually analyze drug perturbation effects at spatial single-cell resolution and dissect the correlation between spatial cell identity and drug perturbation effects. By selecting the starting coordinates of the x and y axes, spatial transcriptomics data at single-cell resolution can be zoomed in to clearly observe cell morphology and the effect of drug perturbation scores at the single-cell level.
