Spatial Deconvolution

Users can explore the correlation between spatial cell identity and drug perturbation effects, as well as the perturbation effects of different drug concentrations, treatment durations, and cell line backgrounds on the deconvolved spatial sites. In this interface, users can view the sections of the selected spatial transcriptomics data samples. The pie charts at each site in the deconvolution result map represent the proportion of cell types in each site. Additionally, 2D and 3D graphs of drug perturbation scores at each site, and the relationship between drug perturbation scores and cell proportions are available.
